    Very poor choice of dieting my friend. You tortured your body for over 24 hours, please take care of yourself as your stomach acids are probably going crazy right now.

    As Mafia said, the amount of acids you're just pouring into your body with nothing else is just crazy, I'm glad you stopped it on the 2nd day though. I know you were only doing this as a "test" but I could of told you straight away how awfully it would of been, I tried living on banana's for a week.. I made it through the week but my body was in so much pain, eating that little is awful, whenever I go through my weeks of anxiety I got 3+ days w/o eating and it's the worst thing ever.

    I laughed though, cookies as your first proper thing to eat. ;)

    weight loss is a long term process of consistent discipline. This diet is unhealthy and may lead to gastric or other problems...

    take care :) was a nice experience , didnt last long but its normal ,maybe you should try doing it with something that gives you more energy , as exemple : Ensure , its kind of energy drink for people who cannot eat (i dont know if its the same name wher eyou live) but there should be something like in any drug store , its for people who cannot eat /has very little appetite it gives like 30% of everything you need in a day + around something like 250/300 calories , you could try mixing this with something a little bit more solid since its told not to drink that as only source of eating , like that + your apples , idk ?

    But when you said that you've done a week with bananas only, could you tell me what was the result you got? And your activity level, too?

    Drinking at least 1-2 cups of water can help suppress your appetite for a short amount of time..


    I'm following the traditional monk's diet where you could only eat at a certain time period starting at 12PM for example and for the entire hour, you eat and then fast the rest of the day. My eating window is from 4-6 hours and fast (starve or don' eat anything/drink anything ) for 18-20 hours.

    Monks are less strict, as they could consume high calorie drinks to suppress their appetite. I'm fairly strict on my diet, I only consume water only. There is no other beverage that I drink in my diet other than Milk.

    I see that you ignored my advice, as you don't like?

    I never knew that Buddhist monks have a diet on their own, I mean I do have some relatives who's a monk but he never told me about this.
    Anyway, it's not like I don't like your advice. What you told me is perfectly reasonable, but the thing is that, I hardly consume sodas, or anything that is high in sweet or fats or anything that is high in calories.
    I've been dieting and losing weight for 8 months, so I suppose my body is pretty much used to how less I eat, and I just thought, to go a bit more extreme, if you know what I mean.

    1 week apple diet isn't working out for you and i know for a fact that the diet that I provided will for sure.

    I also checked the BMI of your height/weight provided by you. Your BMI is calculated at 27.2. Here's a chart that you could use to determine underweight, normal weight, and overweight. Not to offend you but I don't know your diet because you never released that kind of sensitive information on this site but it seems that your diet isn't working. Not to offend you but i'm trying to help you and it appears that you need a new diet.

    I been at a stable weight of 130-135 for over 7 years so I can pretty much say that this is my normal weight. I don't exercise at all and following this diet doesn't require exercise, however it helps.

    BMI Chart
    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5&#8211;24.9
    Overweight = 25&#8211;29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    I wrote it on page one.

    I do however am under a new diet which makes me comfortably eat whatever I want. Similar to what monks do everyday for their entire life.

    I don't think anyone really could.

    An apple is only worth 100-200 calories and our body needs 2000-3000 calories a day.

    You need other vital nutrients. Everyone needs fats and carbs. Doing a diet like this is ridiculous and could do more harm than good. Try just eating a caloric deficit and hitting cardio everyday.
