What is the deal with rsbotting

I haven't played the game in a few years, only buy/sell gold. I remember that Jagex did some sort of update that messed with all the bots causing gold prices to become inflated, and for some sites to even shut down

are there any reliable sites like how rsbots was previously?

 

epicbot is pretty reliable for bots.

 

heard that powerbot is back, it was pretty reliable

I prefer Simba, but Powerbot, RID, and Epicbot are alternatives.

 

Color bots such as Simba are virtually undetecable, and will most likely never be stoppable. I would check out Simba.

 

RID is very reliable, only one i use after hearing that other bots hack you. but yeah id totally use simba if i knew how to set it up

 

They completely got rid of bots for a few months, recently returned. EpicBot is most stable.

SIMBA is the bot which is immune to the current jagex bot-nuke tactics. If you want to start botting again, you might consider it, since its the best long-term option

 

Simba is the safest bot client out there so far. That's my 5 cents on this.

 

Lol, I always thought that powerbot sucked. Reflection bots were the best, but they all went down last year. Imo RiD is the best nowadays. It can't handle most of the randoms but there are several bots in RiD which can be used in random-free areas and I've been using them for about 50 hours without any errors or crashes. I can just leave it overnight knowing that it will run fine. Only down side is the cost. You can buy 100 credits with like ~15M and it means only 67-100 hours of premium botting depending on the bot.
