    MSN=for Game Trades
    AIM= for school freinds/other forums
    YIM= chinese chick in my old class whose too lazy to get AIM :p
    I use trillian, it's hella nice :D

    Its kinda shitty but we use it at work for in house communication. Unlike Aim, MSN, Yahoo, etc, you can setup\host your own Jabber server.

    I use Kopete for all IM's. I also use all listed services in the poll except ICQ.

    I used Pidgin. It lets you talk to people on all of those IM services. Its better than all of them tbh.

    Pidgin can work with:

    AIM
    Bonjour
    Gadu-Gadu
    Google Talk
    Groupwise
    ICQ
    IRC
    MSN
    QQ
    SILC
    SIMPLE
    Sametime
    XMPP
    Yahoo!
    Zephyr
