Which operating system do you use?

[The Fat Controller]

What operating systems are you guys using? If Linux, which distribution? If Windows, which version and what service pack? Or are you using something different entirely?

I'm using Windows XP SP3 at the minute, but I also use (Linux) Debian 4.0 now and again. I would go entirely Linux, but I need XP for all the gaming I do.

[ThirdVoltage]

Vista SP1 at the moment.

I like to test drive a lot of linux distributions to see if they will ever be up to my standards.

[DarkSpark]

Mac OSX Leopard with Bootcamp running windows xp SP?? through it as well... on my sexy new 32" powermac =D

[iJohnny]

Windows... That's pretty much all I know.

[Skateboard]

Mac OSX and Windows vista, and for those Windows fan boys that will be posting Mac OSX sucks, stfu.

[orlando_jordan]

windows xp it better

windows xp it better

No it's not you fool.

Vista has so many more options, and it doesn't run slow unless you have a piece of shit computer that shouldn't have Vista on it in the first place. You are obviously saying XP is better because you have a slow ass piece of junk that can't handle playing minesweeper without lag.

As long as you have 1GB+ of ram, you can run Vista flawlessly. I have 4GB and It hasn't shown any sign of slowing down since I got the computer.

[johnty15]

Windows XP SP3.
Brand new comp, got XP because vista eats RAM up to fast.

[Billyy]

Windows XP.

[Magma Force]

Windows XP currently on my laptop, Vista on the desktop in the living room.

Windows XP. I'd use Linux, but it just won't work on my computer. ;(

[Eric]

Vista.

[Govind]

Dualbooting XP Pro SP3 / MS-DOS 6.22a on an HP Pavilion which was intended for Vista. Lol.

[SuF]

vista even though i hate it.

[CrazeD]

Linux, Ubuntu 7.0 I'm pretty sure
I like Linux way better.

[porman]

vista ultimate

those who say xp is better is because they have never used vista or there comp is to slow.

[ironblade87]

Windows XP with a Vista theme pack; my laptop is too slow for Vista.

[Curt]

If I use Windows, why does it matter?

[x⁹]

I use XP Service Pack 3, but I'd much rather be using Windows Vista.

[LeGiTElite]

windows xp services pack 1 (updating it kills my computer for what ever reason)
