What Anti-Virus do you prefer?

I havn't found a thread like this so I thought I should make 1.
So what anti-virus do you have or WANT to have? *Please vote*
I personally prefer Kaspersky.

Windows Live OneCare is 1 of the worst antiviruses out there :S... to any 1 who has it, please consider geting another antivirus.

I don't know, Kaspersky has pissed me off many times, I don't know if it's the firewall or program access restrictions. I've had many times where my programs don't function correctly unless I disable Kaspersky.

If it is a virusscanner, I would go with Avast based on experience, they don't auto-scan nor auto-update. Autoupdates on startup, but doesn't take more than a minute.

For firewall, Sygate, no doubt. Even though it is no longer available as it's been sold to Symantec, it's still reliable.

Kaspersky Internet Security.

Has picked up the most malicious software on my computer since I started using it over AVG, Avast and so on. Also, subscription is cheap, and you don't have to pay for updates like Norton (ugh, worst program ever), which is excellent if you want good legal protection.

Well, AVG is the currently the best antivirus program. It is critically-acclaimed and surpass the standard of Norton Anti-Virus. AVG rox!

Last I checked (quite recently), Norton was probably the worst anti-virus program you can get. It is simply a major annoyance and a waste of money. Even AVG Free Edition does a better job, and guess what? It's free! AVG Pro is probably one of the best I've used, but I like Kaspersky.

well all you people who hate norton, you just think its crap because you have never had it. Idk how much it is in the U.S but its a very low price, does a much better job than Avg which ur convinced that its the best... just because its free.. Also I'm talking norton Internet security 2008.
