Anyone know if this is legit.? When I clicked the link it took me to a page named http://www.hiderefer.com/c7W2LIOr.htm

Did you copy and paste the email? I have a hard time believing Jagex would not capitalize "Feb."

I don't. Thats the format of all of their emails. I have emails from jagex billing that are almost identical to this and they are legit. So if it is a phis its good to see that someone at least put some effort into it.

it's a phisher, as long as you didn't input any acc orpersonal information on there, you should be safe.
