I've seen alot of people that have been around since 2005 scam.

 

Plus, Sythe account selling goes on daily so 2005 join date's aren't really re-assuring, it's the ranks mentioned above that do, above all.

A smart person won't think someone's trustworthy just by looking at their ranks OR their join date.

Get to know a person. Frankly, there's one or two people here in a position of power that I don't really trust (they're not mods, mind you).

You aren't in a position to make that assumption.

As for ranks, join date, ranks and post count should not matter on whether a person is trustworthy or not. It would be something that really isn't seen - your trustworthiness. If you have a lot of vouches, or if you have done a lot of trades, and I know you won't scam, I've talked to you, then I would consider you trustworthy.

 

You basically just joined, and you're trying to go out of your way to look trustworthy. People who join recently, then start donating right away are like err...? Oh jesus ftw.

 

Through this lengthy discussion I have concluded that 詹姆斯 is either going to be a Global mod or a major scammer.

People have ranks, to a lot of members it makes them appear more trusted.

Well I wouldn't trust mr. chinese, he joined like last week and has over 100 posts But i would trust him more than someone who joined last week and doesn't have any ranks

 

I hope you guys understand that when someone donates to Sythe they are merely purchasing a rank so as to look better. If these select individuals actually cared for the site they wouldn't feel the need to raise hell over a donator rank, they could just submit whatever funds deemed necessary to the donation paypal and leave it at that. Pretty much all that is going on is the sales of a rank with a pretty name in front of it so as to confuse others.
