Visa pre-paid question for paypal

ok hey guys how are you? quick question here. I have two paypal accounts, and i accidlently had money sent to my old paypal account which has no bank account or debit card linked to it, so i have no ways of removing the funds.
My question is this:
I have a visa prepaid non-reloadable card around my house which has a decent ammount of cash on there. If i link that prepaid card to my paypal account that i no longer use, will i be able to transfer not only the funds that are in that particular paypal account, but also use the funds on the prepaid card to my main paypal account? As of right now i cant send anything out of my old paypal account
