Paypal with pre-paid cc?

Quick question, can I setup a paypal with a prepaid visa debit credit card?

Yes you can, just make sure the address and name are the same on the Paypal account as they are on the prepaid visa when you set it up online. They will charge a small amount, like $2 and after a 1-4 day wait you can check the statement online and use the code to verify your Paypal. Basically you'll need a VISA which has an online set up and check up option.
