    Scammed me for 32.50 PayPal and has gone M.I.A on me.
    Veshx
    Summary -
    Offered to sell me 70m for paypal. Says that he has chargebacks and cannot process the money so he asks me to send to friends and family to another paypal.
    He logs out of his runescape account and stops replying to PMs. Images below.

    It was a hacked account, but can you post proof of you sending the payment @GNaP so I can add it to the accounts ban reason
