Verifying Steam accounts thread

Currently you've got threads like these where you can post in order to become a verified booster in League of Legends. In here I'm suggesting a similiar thing for Steam accounts (2/3/4 digits) which could easily be added to this thread. Basically just add a template to the post of @R and open the thread for replies so that users can request their accounts to be verified there.
