Lets say you and the person requesting the service don't end up going through with a deal, He's going to pick someone else and people are free to quote any amount they would like. It's a free market and people can quote whatever they feel is reasonable to them, There is no need for them to undercut just because someone else values a service at a different price.

I'll be offering double the average quote on any service request thread that I see, I'll refer anybody that has an issue to this post. As, you know .. OP might not end up going through with the deal.
