Eh, not the best. Doesn't seem completely impartial in his decision making from my personal experience, but he does try so he is like 5/10

Rushed reports in Ras resulted in other user being scammed for another 100m

bayareapimpiez 300M scam report
Judging from the photo's bayarea was not even responding to the person he scammed on skype,
Instead of asking him to explain you simply put pressure on the victim, going by that bayarea obviously saw your post and knew he was getting away with it and decided to respond now that he does not even need to think of a reason to explain

BAYAREAPIMPIEZ scammed me for 103m
Glad champ handled that report and now is he banned
seeing from his report he did not have evidence that he gave him 103m or there was 103m on the account yet he still got banned.

just saying if your gunna handle reports don't rush them, or ask someone one higher up for help the other scam could of been prevented.

I couldn't ban the user because there was no evidence that the user had scammed. schastye kept asking me to believe him and kept telling me that he was not lying but that is not enough for me to go around banning people as anyone could easily lie. With account rentals unless there is a video showing the user being booted off with the gold in their inventory its almost impossible for them to prove they were actually scammed.

Champ then went ahead and banned the user in the second report because he failed to reply with the chat logs that were being asked for but was still replying to people on skype trying to conduct trades.

@sj709 did bring something to my attention which i felt was more than enough to TWC the user for the report. But banning him/DNTing wouldn't have really been an option as there was insufficient proof.

 

nothing wrong ok then i was pm'ing veng earlier about this here is one similar case with no evidence of gold yet he was banned because he did not respond , if veng on his first response asked for baytrea to explain he may never of replied as he was not replying on skype at the time either from the proof i saw on the thread untill he saw veng's reply

In that report you linked the user didn't reply for 3 whole days so he was banned until he did and he never did decide to appeal his ban. There was insufficient proof so I asked if there was any proof off there being 300m on the account. If he showed me proof off there being 300m and that he was booted from the account I would have DNT'd bayarea and gone on from there.

 

he didn't need to not respond for 3 whole days because all he had do to was read your first post to know he was getting away with it

use some common sense? If the person actually was smart he would have recorded his staking session like he was told to do... That would have made the report 10x easier. Him having insufficient evidence is what led to the report being closed. The only reason I didn't instantly lock the report straight after reading that there was no real evidence was so that I could get the user a refund for the rest off his time remaining/get him access back to the account.

I don't feel as if I did anything wrong, feel free to ask another mod what they would have done and if they think I'm in the wrong here if you want.

all i did was left feedback it's gone back and forth all day why does this thread even exist. if you can't handle negative feedback im sure you have done alot of good also but all you wanna do is argue with me how you are 100% right even though two users got scammed for 400m whereas you have lost nothing
