"Valkor" Scamming + attempted Doxxing

I purchased a Discord Gambling bot from user named "Valkor" UID - 329153059236347904
I approached Valkor to make me a Discord bot for gambling as I saw his other bots in other servers. I had a developer currently working for me who was going to host the bot on his raspberryPI, Valkor gave me the cost of the bot and all its commands as between $250 and $350 which was perfect.
Once the bot was functional I paid a deposit on the bot until it was finished and I could host it.
Once the bot was completed we did tests to make sure it was all working which is was and the final payment was made VIA btc. Because of issues that arose with my other developer while the bot was being made, after I paid Valkor I asked him how much it would cost me for Valkor to host the bot for me, he said 20% of server profits would cover hosting,updates and maintaining the bot which I then agreed to.

Issues arose a few months down the line after our server was banned a couple of times, I decided I would host the bot myself on our server which we use for our website to save on costs. I asked valkor for the bot so I could host it myself to which he replied "what do you want with my bot" implying I now don't own the bot even though our original discussion and payment was based around the fact I would be hosting this bot myself(we didn't discuss him hosting until after I paid). He wanted more money for the bot for me to host it myself, even though I had paid to host it myself in the first instance. 2 other server owners are also under the same impression as me, that they paid for an asset and were not simply "renting" the bot from him.

After Valkor refused to give me what I had paid for, he claims I only paid for his time not for any actual bot files. So I decided to create my own bot in the meantime. The server itself hasn't been profiting due to Discord bans, any gold I have recieved went straight back into paying overheads etc for thr business so there is no profit owed to Valkor.

He believes I owe him $108 dollars for profits, a profit is calculated from revenue minus overheads, not just how much games are played. No profit was made so no money is owed.

All Valkors arguments are made for events that happened after I was refused what I paid for.

Valkor recently messaged me after I was banned on Discord saying "pay when" followed by a message saying "or do I need to get it from XXXX" and used my mothers real name. I had never shared any of my personal family names with valkor, he was looking online for my data to use maliously with me and threaten me, when I opened discord via that push notifaction he had deleted the message and denied mentioning any names of my family, luckily for me Android gives logs of all notifactions so once he was shown proof he admitted to attempting to Dox Me.

Valkor repeatedly dodged my questions, I asked "if I was hosting the bot myself I would have the files?"

He didnt answer the question because he knows its correct, if I had never asked Valkor to host my bot after I paid for it, I would have the files for the bot otherwise I wouldn't be able to host it, and if he had refused to give it me at that point then I have been scammed for $275, I was buying an asset, at no point did he mention I was only renting a program from him. I have 2 other people who purchased Bots from Valkor who will also say the same thing , they feel they have been scammed for their investment. And for him to dox me and then try to ignore it just shows that he is a piece of shit.

Due to being banned over 6 times since our original conversation I have very limited access to direct messages unless I already screencapped them, I will fish through what I have, but considering Valkor repeatedly deletes messages and lies I wouldn't expect any truth from him

 

How am I ban evading? I made an account just to make this report I dont even use sythe, but I should be able to warn about scammers correct?

 

You're not a mod, I know you like to feel important and try to be all formal but you're not, mind your own business and stop obsessing over me its a bit creepy.

 

I don't even use sythe so to say I am ban evading is ridiculous, I think I should definitely warn people though, and what's the point in waiting 30 days when someone else could fall victim in that time, I've made the post now so feel free to ban this account. If I could find the link to Sythes discord I would have discussed with an Admin via Discord DM but the links to their server don't work.

 

Additional: if this is ban evading I am sorry for that, I cant even find a copy of the Sythe rules so I have literally no idea what the rules are on this website and its a bit confusing to navigate so if someone could send me a copy or show me where the rules are that would be appreciated.

 

Other Discord owners who fell into the same trap: RDE, Johnny2lit.
Both also paid for bots and were told they could not have them when they asked to self host.

Also have the proof of him first trying to deny he brought up messaging my family, until I show him proof that he did then he admits that was the only when to get a reply.

Tried to lie and cover his own tracks then got caught out.

 

Please don't bring me into this homie I hate drama I'm picking no sides in this situation. I never directly asked valkor for the bot code because I figured I wouldn't be getting it not saying it's right or anything. I'm just not picking a side here.

 

Also if I was ban evading I wouldn't sign up using the same name, I'm not a moron, I have no intention to use this site once this report has been posted and looked at. I dont use Sythe and have no intention on using sythe in the future. But if I can stop others getting scammed by Valkor I will.

I believe Valkor realises his whole Discord business is coming to an end with all the bans, he no longer receives payment from the server he created bots for, so probably want to squeeze every last penny out that he can

 

Whether you pick sides on here or not, you told me you felt scammed for everything you paid him the same way I feel too, and RDE.

 

First, please do not drag me into your report. While @Valkor and I have had some issues along the way we have worked out the differences and came to a conclusion. If I felt @Valkor was scamming me I would have made a scam report my self.

Also there is no written and signed document between me and valkor as an agreement. Purely based on trust, I clearly couldn't trust valkor seeing as he tried to scam me out of what I paid for thr bot originally, so as far as I'm concerned I owe him nothing, and he owes me nothing. He didnt get what he wanted and I didnt get what I wanted, I just dont want anyone else to make an agreement with him.and get stung by his sneaky wording.

If its ban evading then ban me I won't be using this site in future, but the way Valkor has conducted himself is wrong there's no way around it. I asked for what I paid for long before he had issues with me paying him.

 

100% vouching on rams side for the situation to do with Valkor. Him and I were in the middle of a conversation when valkor requested that 7ram pay him $108 usd for "unpaid server profits". 7ram brought it up to me, and I'd stated that if valkor was unwilling to release the bot, and with so many recent bans, where was there any profit, and what would it be that 7ram is paying for? shortly after being ignored, valkor then brought up personal information about 7ram and his immediate family, before deleting the message. Luckily, 7ram was on an android and was able to pull the log and show both valkor and myself proof 7ram had been threatened. as far as anything else id like to remain neutral, but for the situation dealing with Valkor and 7ram, i will absolutely have 7rams back, as valkor was out of line and bordering terms of legal action.

 

The funny thing is, I agreed with Valkor to buy a bot, thats what I wanted. A bot I could host myself was always the intention, there was never a plan for Valkoe to host the bot, that happened after I paid him, so I would have had the files which means the bot is mine.

Once I bring this uo to Valkor he ignores it, and when I ask well how would I have hosted it if you weren't going to give me the files he says "idk how were you" - rhats basically saying that I was getting scammed?this would inply He had no intention to give me the bot files after I paid?

I've also brought up to Valkor MUTLIPLE times that I think the way profits are calculated is wrong. Because of the !profit command showing profit, but !tc showing we are cashing out double what we cash in every week. It didnt make sense. I cant pay profits that I never made
