I'm not exactly sure I trust Murcuz here (working for PP). I have had the same problem and have gotten my money back, though it was about 2 years ago.

Over the past 5 hours I've got 10+ e-mails telling me to cancel the dispute.

On top of that, I've got them on screenies saying, "If you don't cancel the dispute, we will get PayPal to close your account!"

I am sorry, but you WON'T get your money back. You won't get their PayPal account closed, and you are now out $220.

The guy who claims to work for PayPal is right, they don't cover virtual goods, so they have to side with the seller. No matter what.

You should have just taken the 70M and filed a bank dispute, because that's the only way you're getting your money back.

I know I came off very harsh, but you keep saying you are going to close their PayPal account and shit.. when in reality nothing will happen.

Like I said, file a bank dispute. And don't deal with those lowlife chinese pricks anymore. (Nothing against all chinamen, just the ones at usfine.)

Lily, I just want my money back. Just look at USFine's PayPal account and select, "grant refund" or whatever. This is honestly the best and only thing I'd like you to do.

USFine.com has been nothing but a HASSLE for me, your customer reps are rude, and your service is very unprofessional.

I'm sorry that free trade came out and I ordered gold farming (which you guys dont do anymore, but is on the website), but for you guys to just use my members account to bot mine pure essence 24/7, and then use it as a mule to provide people with free trade gold is just fucking ridiculous.

It's funny because within 5 minutes of filing the dispute, I started getting yelled at by the customer service rep to cancel the dispute. How would he know about the dispute if he "can't personally access PayPal" and "All managers are on vacation for holiday?"

Back a couple years ago I ordered a fire cape on my main (was like $25 off usfine). Ridiculous price to begin with and on top of that, they died at Jad and refused to even attempt to try again or give me a refund. Hope you get your money back, gl.

Im pretty sure that your paypal claim wont hold since paypal wont accept pictures of you chatting with them as proof and theres no protection for virtual goods such as runescape gold.

Also dont file a bank dispute other than unauthorized payment if your paypal is verified becouse paypal will definatly get that money back if you do.
