That's who I ended up e-mailing back basically saying, "WTF" in a nice way. Haven't got a response yet.

I'm glad that they are at least TRYING to work with me. Whether it's just a show or not is yet to be determined.

 

Everything these companies do is for show.
We know their names are going to be stuff like "Li Xu" but they still insist on using retarded sounding Western names "Rosa Fang", wtf?. Everything is to trick you into believing they're trustworthy.

(Note, I'm not saying Asians are not trustworthy, I'm saying these companies in general normally aren't)

 

just run outside and sack the nearest asian.

though you may want to watch out for some hate crime laws

I was able to login today, and they've since cleared the 20,000 pure essence and took the 3M I had on there I made legit.

But I'm pretty sure with other sources like articles and forum posts I've found online, I'll have enough evidence to say that this isn't an isolated incident.

I've also got a chat log admitting they don't provide gold farming anymore, and will present it in the PayPal dispute, because my order specifically says gold farming.

I'm pretty sure with citations to over 50+ threads/complaint website citations that used in my dispute, I will also get there PayPal account closed. Along with my money back.

 

Heh, what usually happens happened a bit ago. Usually when usfine screws up which seems to be pretty often, lily comes to the aid and offers to "work things out".

 

As many of you could've guessed, they are trying the whole, "Cancel your dispute and we'll refund you" thing.

I'd like to let you know you cannot and will not get your money back. So if you stick with 70m you'd be better off.

I work for Paypal customer service and we do not cover intangible/virtual goods for the buyer. You should also be able to see that in the new policy update. I deal with alot of people trying to get there money back from virtual trades and being scammed. And no matter how much we would like to side with the buyer it is policy and can't.


Although you can keep trying with the dispute it will rule in Usfines favor.

 

Well, the transfer came directly from my bank. If worse comes to worse I will just have to file a dispute with my bank.

 

And, while this is true they cannot argue that they've even delivered the items, as I've got proof, in there own words, that they haven't.

On top of that proof that they don't even provide gold farming anymore, which is the service I paid for.

 

I have also had multiple bad experiences with usfine.. I've learnt to stay well away.

 

Just friendly advice. I would file a dispute with your bank.


Basically you can have overwhelming proof and we can't side with you because of our policies.

We get stuff with usfine alot concerning multiple Mmorpgs. Sorry for the bad news, but basically i'm saying you don't stick with 70m. Once the dispute is closed they will refuse to refund you.

I mean, according to what your saying, the buyer could even have proof that says, "I have not delivered the virtual goods" and still lose a dispute?

 

I wouldn't advise that. But simply we don't cover virtual goods. I can't change the rules. Just telling you how it is. I know it sucks and seems unfair. I'm just a rep and adviser.
