User 'Live Legend' Potential Scam?

User has been non-responsive and already has confirmed 22.5M payment, requesting refund and potentially TWC.

@live legend has been given a DNT until this is resolved. It appears that the service hasn't been started yet, so you're required to refund his 22.5m 07.

hey whats happening, i wasnt able to start a service because was busy irl, will start on it now you should of wait a bit buddy.
Contact me on skype and will try to resolve it.

Also he havent even waited 24hours for a respond and i dont know why i have recieved warning hm?

 

he messaged me on 3am and i answered him on 13pm today(got proof aswell).
Normal people usually sleep that time you know
+ he changed his password and i cant even log in.

 

Allowed user onto the account, I think his TWC can be removed for now. Will post updates in this thread.

Considering that you told him it would take 7 days, yet only trained 10% of the order (170,000 out of the agreed 1,700,000 XP) in 5 days, you will be required to refund 20M 07 for the untrained xp.

Keep in mind the sythe rules override any TOS. If you aren't able to complete an order in a timely manner it shouldn't be your customer's problem.

 

First of all it was less than a week (Got proof)
Second I had not that much time as you think, i dont grind 24/7 i play from 2-10 hours a day it depends.
Third i was not able to do for 1 day he came back to me with saying that i havent logged in for 2 days, how come?
4. Please link me to a page where it says that service ToS means nothing (Its what i understood from your post)
5. How come did you gave me DNT in first time when he didnt waited 24hrs for response?
6. We had a deal that i will start from 60-80 str! I logged on the account it was only 57! and i still told him its okay ill do it free! (Got proof)
And now it was only 64 because it was going slow as hell from that level and i wasnt able to do a lot because i was busy irl as well.
7. There was no there was no completion date set, i just told him "approx" how long its going to take.
8. Now please take DNT away, while i contact admin for a support and will see what he says, if he says the same, then im good with that and will refund him!

@Killswitch Please give me some information on all that i wrote above. Because you dont answer me on skype.

 

1. You were given access to the account on the 18th which means you've had it for 5 days
2. If something unexpected came up irl you should at least contact your customer.
3. "It says 2 days because i wasnt able to login today and its already 1:30."
4. The thread was posted by sythe, will link it to you when I find it but I don't have time to search for it atm.
5. It's just precautionary, once you resolved this case it will be removed.
6. If it was only 57 strength you should screenshot and post the full conversation you had with him

1. Yes i agree it was 5 days, but also i didnt told him that it will take 1 week, i told him that it will take around 1 week or maybe less i guess, i didnt told him exact time how long its going to take, because basically I DONT KNOW.

I think you havent even checked that. And made decision straight away to put me on DNT.
Also he have only waited few hours and reported straight away. you can see it on picture that he posted, you can see time when he messaged me and when he made a post. also heres chat of when i answered him.

Also the guy didnt even waited for a response, he changed his password etc. and as it says in my ToS you cant change password while service is going on, so basically i can automatically cancel service without any refund because he did changed his password.

 

1. You told me it would take less than a week to get 1.8M Exp, you barely trained any of it.
2. I'm letting you keep an extra ~1.1M or something along those lines because I knew you would complain about the 56 Strength.
3. You can't 'estimate' that it'll take less than a week ("a couple days") and then take five days to do less than 10% of the training, you were on pace to finish the service in about two months.
4. You were awful at responding and quoted "IRL Stuff" as the issue, that isn't an excuse. If you have "IRL Stuff" come up then you should offer a refund and not take any more orders until you get it handled.
5. ToS doesn't mean shit when you lie about your service (misquoting and not responding).

 

Basically you are lieing already because i havent told you that it will take 1 week. I told you approx and as i said before i cant know correct completing time + will provide screenshot of this.
Also you already started to be dissrespectful on here and on skype. Please keep in mind this.
I never lied about my service. I am trustful person i never lie.

Basically whats going to happen i am going to post all chat from skype. And will speak to an admin. If he will say that i have to refund i will otherwise i could cancel your service when you first of changed your password as my ToS says. I didnt do that and i started from lower level than it was.

I think it would be better for the service to be canceled given the difficulties that have arisen between the order.

@live legend @AlexGG calculate the cost for the training from the beginning level (57) to its current level and refund the remainder. Once the refund has been processed, your DNT will be removed.

I will leave the thread open in case there are any concerns, but once the refund has been processed, this can be closed.

 

Can you please take DNT off for few minutes just want to PM you. Or add me on skype if possible
