There are many scammers who decline trade, double spenders, and chargebackers. It is a problem for all honest traders. While we are selling gold, we always check their Sythe accounts and take most precautions Sythe.org says. However, sometimes we can experience a scam due to absent-mindedness or tiredness. Instead of opening a report each time, we can collect them under a Sythe topic. If someone detects a scammer, all they have to do is to add rsn, Discord address, unique id or e-mail address.(maybe we can open category on sythe trade discord for this.) It can be hard to open a new Discord and RuneScape account for scammers each time. Not all scam users have a Sythe account but, as an additional control, it can be helpful to us when we search the information on Sythe.org.
I do not want to bother Sythe admins constantly with the attempt scam report.

 

How is adding a new post in a topic any easier than making a new thread?

We've discontinued using those sorts of "compilation threads" because 1) they're a nightmare to upkeep; 2) posts break after like 1,000 edits; and 3) people don't justify their evidence so we have to deal with a lot of insufficient reports. We're not going to move back in that direction.

At the same time though, Sythe's search feature works really well. Just pop your search term into the bar at the top of the page if you're curious whether someone has had reports made against them in the past (you can search by name, discord ID, etc.)

Also you've made literally 3 scam reports in the past year, so filling out reports is not a major time sink.
