[Upper Spam Forum] Remove Limitations

Hello Sythe Users,

I saw there was a link to the Upper Spam forums however when I clicked the link it couldn't be found.

I saw a denied suggestion which stated that the Upper Event forum is dead and nothing gets posted to it. I also was told that you need a 3 year old account and/or 2500 posts.

However there is an issue. Since I have only been able to get back on Sythe yesterday I didn't know that was the rule. It just gave me an error message. Nowhere does it state that there is a requirement to be able to access the forum.

Since that is the case and since it is so dead why not remove the upper spam forums and let the spam forum itself carry all the posts/threads from the upper spam forum or just remove the limitation from it so it can become more active. This will ensure that more users will be able to post to it and then it will overall become more active.

Not only this but the NSFW section on the discord has no requirements and users (verified or not) can enter and post everything that they were intending to into the discord anyway.

If the discord has no requirements then I don't see why the Upper spam forum should be removed and/or I don't see any reason to why there should be requirements for the Upper spam forum on Sythe.

Upper spam literally has nothing in it lol, its dead threads.

Normal SF is struggling as in, I don't see splitting the normal SF users into the upper spam more would be a good idea, you might end up with 2 low activity sections.

Well like I said before if the Upper Spam forums has dead threads in it then why does it have requirements? If your going to repeat the same point that I made and reiterate that fact that is not constructive criticism. And it wouldn't be split. The upper spam forum would be removed entirely and all the threads from it would be moved into the regular SF. Are you not understanding my point?

 

Upper spam forum has specific restrictions in place to provide security of sorts to the website becuase of the NSFW content on there. This is why it is restricted the way it is.
