Update on my pardon

Update on http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1852868-ban-evading.html
I did pay back the user in question, and did not record for proof. The user in question told me he would send a pm to super which I do believe he did.

I paid the person back 10m, and it's hard to get in contact with him because he is now banned. http://www.sythe.org/members/443862-randomguy23.html

Need this confirmed

I'm like 99% sure the user told me he was refunded, but Roary couldn't find a pm and I can't find a skype message.

I would support this guy's pardon since i'm almost positive it happened.

Alright good
