Unfair Ban By Eldorado - Need Help

Hey everyone,
I’ve been an Eldorado seller for around 7 months and have received over 300 reviews with about a 99% positive rating. A few days ago, after trying to get access to sell top-ups through the proper support process, I suddenly received a notification that my account had been permanently suspended. I first applied when I had over 250 sales, as stated in Eldorado’s requirements, but got rejected. I continued selling, improved my store further, and after reaching over 300 sales with high positive feedback, I applied again. This time, instead of a rejection or explanation, my account was permanently banned. I submitted an appeal immediately, and it has now been several days with no update beyond “in progress.” I also contacted support and was told the suspension was due to an internal decision, that no further explanation would be provided, and that the decision is final. This is honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had — being suspended without any warning or clear reason, despite following all the guidelines and maintaining a strong seller record. If anyone from Eldorado can help me, I would really appreciate it. I’m ready to provide any proof needed, as I genuinely have no idea what caused this ban. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into building my store, so seeing it end like this is really discouraging.

What safety and integrity of marketplace are you talking about when you are promoting a blackmarket for games. It's not a legit business. Just a damn blackmarket which violates terms of service of most games that you list on your platform @EldoradoGG
