If this service was purely on tribot, it has zero reason to be handled on Sythe. This should be solved on Tribot and if tribot allows terms of service to serve above their rules, then so be it, no refund is needed. You agreed to the terms.

If this service is based on Sythe, Sythe rules dictate the results. In this case, the service has had x amount completed so whatever amount has not been completed would need to be refunded.

This user was referred to me by Yoho and He messaged me on tribot this user not once used my livechat to my knowledge.
So dispute should be over now.


Also lets not forget ignore my TOS for second
User said since he botted and got banned he would you his balance on barrows gloves.
and his balance was the first 1480$ paid.
So NO MATTER HOW THIS CASE goes the user got what he asked to get for what he paid for.
