Disputing a Ban

I am disputing a ban of Jbutler16 - I admit I was unaware of how this process worked during the time of the event, and walked away for a time afterwards. Now that I have free time I wish I could open my store again. I did, however, make another Sythe account to purchase a few services during the winter.

I was banned for “scamming”. I never got a chance to log into his account. He was a toxic person who decided he didn’t like me or my business. Unfortunately, they were in-game messages that I can’t retrieve. This is what led to me blocking him on skype. His claim of me scamming is just as baseless. I didn’t get a chance to reply to the ban thread - yes it was around 20 hours before I was banned - occasionally I did take long breaks but after that point I wasn’t able to reply to the ban thread or access anything else on Sythe. I believe that I was a much more trusted member of the community that didn’t get a fair shot to appeal this until now. If there’s any more info that I can share with you please let me know.
