Ban should of been lifted on 7th, I threatend to post Chloes dox but didn't actually have her dox. Didn't know it was against rules but in rules it says leaking info 1 month ban but I didn't actually leak it.

Now why the fuck would it be a permanent ban when in your rule book it says 1 month if you release information, I didn't actually release any information I threatend to and I don't have her dox anyway. Such fucking bullshit?

First of all @Chloe u dumb biased shihtzu dog loving fker you get a 1 month ban for actually releasing a dox. Now when I threatend to post your dox not knowing it is against the rules I get perm? I didn't even post it nor do I have it. Now if u get 1 month for actually posting wtf lol? U guys keep telling me u run off a court system? I want a staff member other than Chloe to review the ban as I should be unbanned

As everyone can see when Elite Dust gets upset or doesn't get his own way he resorts to name calling.
You had a DNT, and then you threatened to post my dox and even tried to ask me questions relating to the recovery of my Runescape account.

I'm probably the most lax when it comes to bans and infractions as I want people to have freedom of speech and I want more people to feel comfortable on the site. But I can't stand having you on the site, you are a threat to this community and maybe in 6 months time when you learn to control your emotions you'll be able to pardon successfully.

If another global/admin wants to unban you because they believe I'm being biased or unfair, then I'm all for it. But as far as I can see all the staff members have the same beliefs as me.

 

Any staff member comment here besides the dumb bitch.

From the Official Rules:

You're right in saying you didn't actually post Chloe's dox; you only threatened to. Nevertheless, you can't constantly plead it was just a threat. Maybe after the first time with respect to the black-hat for another member, we could cut you some slack. Not the second time though. Your constant bad behaviour supports that finding; you've exhausted your get out of jail free cards.

File a dispute or pardon in 5 months time (considering you've served 1 month already), and point out that you don't think your offence warrants a 6 month ban. If you're civil, etc, that can only count in your favour. Calling Chloe a: 'dumb biased shihtzu dog loving fker' is not civil. You would be better off starting with 'I was a dumb biased shihtzu dog loving fker, and for that I apologise Chloe'.

I don't really mind whether your ban is 6 months or permanent - I feel if you try to be civil next time, 6 months is appropriate. Given you wanted another staff member's opinion, that is mine, the conclusion being that even if the ban is not permanent, you still have 5 months to go.
