Unauthorized Dispute

I can't think of anything other than that they didn't know what they were doing, so they either provided no evidence or didn't mention that it was a virtual trade, or both. I'm not really sure what convinced them to give the win to me.

 

I've noticed that if paypal notices the same paypal address conducting multiple unauthorized charge backs at the same time frequently, they warn them to be more cautious, ect. If they continue to be negligent or continue to file them frequently, paypal will flag their account for fraud.
