unable to make an account

I posted this yesterday and was sent to the forum section where a moderator can make me an account, they said they couldn't make one until I had requested a pardon or disputed. Not sure where to go now. Below is what I wrote yesterday.

I have just moved into my uni accommodation and internet is included in my monthly rent on the house.

just moved into my new place and i cant register an account because the ip is on the database and has associated accounts. the house i rent comes with internet included in the monthly rent. so not to sure what i should do? thank you. x

 

Ok buddy please provide picture proof of having moved to that place recently. Don't we all hate moving into houses on which another Sythe user was active last month.
