TwistedTaco(Dragondyce) Requesting Pardon (Not Paying Back Debts.

Back when Xier0 was still a gold rank in my clan he wanted to upgrade to Admin which at the time did cost gp to upgrade, and he paid a customer back a Partyhat that was scammed by a rank named CB(nick) which i counted that as payment to upgrade from Gold Rank to Admin.
This wasn't the case. Nick (CB) scammed in 2013, I was already on staff in 2012.

You offered to pay the customer back that Nick (CB) scammed, you and i both know this, please post proof that we agreed for me to pay you a partyhat.

Now for the 70mill 07 and 300m eoc, i have that gp in game right now, just tell me where and when to meet you in game and ill pay you, ill actually give you 90mill 07 instead of 07, just to end this on a good note.

 

The clan dragondyce was and is owned by me, Xier0 was a rank in my clan, we did weekly top bettor prices to tthe biggest bettors on our website, at the time i put Xier0 in charge of collecting new ranks buyin money and current ranks weekly fee's, You say that you had to pay that money out of your own pocket to the weekly bettors, can you please show proof that you did? because from what i remember u left with some ranks and opened your own clan which only lasted about a month, there is no evidence that i have that you actually paid them as you claim you did, waiting for response

 

The 70mill 07 and 300m rs3 you gave me was my money from ranks who bought rank in my clan or ranks that paid their weekly fee's, now i owe you this money if you show proof that you paid the weekly top bettors out of your own pocket correct? and the partyhat i am waiting to see proof that im suppose to pay you for that, because you chose to pay it back and offered to .

Taco has tried to refund Xier0 the 70m 07 and RS3, but according to Taco Xier0 is refusing to take the funds.

Okay then Xier0 can either take or not take the money, the pardon will continue regardless. He will be entitled to more if he finds more proof.

 

@K0 - Xier0 is trying to say that 300m Rs3 and 70m Rs07 doesn't cover it because prices nowadays are different and your repayment should add up to $302, which is correct

 

To all staff: I've referred Xier0 to Chloe or another member of staff because:

Eric expects staff to chase him for the list and is saying that it is either K0's job or staff's job to hunt down this list of scammed victims. That being said, I'm not going to work with Eric on this because instead of this lovely individual simply stating that he has a list of victims and presenting it like I assume anyone else would. He wanted us to personally ask him because that's how things are supposed to be done apparently.

Due to the fact that I know I would get angry working with someone like Eric I've asked that he passes his conversation off to someone else on staff just because I don't find enjoyment in working with people who have his kind of attitude. I'm not a babysitter and I'm not going to chase after people who wait to give information only once they are asked for it.

the 70m 07 and 300m rs3 was a gesture of kindness i offered him and he turned down, i dont owe it to him, the previous post of him showing proof i owe it, is based on the fact that he 'has proof' that he paid the weekly top bettors out of his own pocket, which he did not, because one of the hosts named 'Gosu' who was a rank during when all of this happened, says he was friends with 2 of the people who were suppose to have won the weekly top better prizes and were never paid according to him, and if you like he will post here as well for proof, Xier0 originally reported me on sythe to get me banned on behalf of the ranks i owed money to, not because i owed him money, he took it upon himself to report me on sythe, and he is the one who stole my clan and my domain name dragondyce, which he ended up selling a few months ago to someone else, my debts are paid, u can see them all on the first page of this thread.
Let me explain in case your not sure guys, Xier0 back during when all this happened, he was in charge of collecting buyin money from new ranks, and collecting weekly fee's from our ranks, he had an account he put money on to pay the weekly top bettors who one for that week, the 70m 07 and 300m rs3 he gave me of the account, was mine because the clan was/and is owned by me, he was just in charge of collecting it, then he left and started his own clan, without paying the weekly top betters who won prizes for that week, he left owning the rank Gosu money as well, i recently ran into gosu who just got back from the military not to long ago and he says that Xier0 owes him money and never paid him.

This matter has been resolved from my end, and last week when i tried giving him some gp to have no hard feelings in all this, he wanted nothing to do with it, the only thing he wants is for me not to be unbanned from sythe, we both dispise eitherother very much.

The majority of the money i owed was to my ranks 'Time to buy' also known as the Nerd and 'skyforth' also known as Gosu and those matters are resolved, along with Farcast who i paid, connor, Yuri and Teen, and they are paid as well. Xier0 is suppose to post proof that he paid the 'weekly top bettor prizes' out of his own pocket, which he left and didnt pay them and there are ranks who agree with that and will post that they didnt.

 

So basically we're waiting now and for the last few days for Xier0 to post proof that he paid the weekly top bettor prizes out to the winners like he says he did, if so ill pay him the 70m 07 and 300m rs3 which he already turned down, or we move on?

Also, if you don't recall (feel free to re-read the chatlogs between you and I either on skype or presented above) you claimed to have a high and mighty all-powerful list of scams and reasons why k0 shouldn't be allowed back on the site. I'm still waiting for that.

I'm the one who pays out the giveaway winners, and KO isn't a giveaway recipient. When KO took the giveaway money, the winners still have to be paid out (by me) even if he took their money. KO lied in his high pardon and said he never had the money here:

In addition to the amount I'm owed, KO owed 1b to Farcast, and $1k to TTB (which must be paid back before voting occurs).

@Dave Feel free to review our Skype chat where you said that you were too emotional to preside over this case. Given your conflict of interest (asking to employ under the scammer who is pardoning the day before he pardons) and your outright bias and hostility (our Skype chat), you should not be be involved with this pardon period.

Thanks for re-posting the chatlogs, I posted them up there as well but it's nice to look at them twice. I already said I emotionally can't bother dealing with you and I never went against that - though I'm not bias. I mean I suppose I am but I dislike both you and K0 equally so I'm sure that's fine.

Farcast has been repaid and @Time To Buy has too I think. @video feel free to handle this one since big boy here doesn't feel I'm adequate enough to be on the job.

Also @Xier0 not sure where you're finding this information that I tried to be employed by him days before the pardon but please don't spread false information.

You didnt post proof, we're waiting for you to post proof that you paid the top weekly bettors out of your own pocket, because you didnt, and Gosu one of the ranks that left with you to your new clan says 2 of his friends were on the weekly top bettors and he knows for a fact were never paid their prizes.

Which one is it? First you claim I'm the only one who pays out giveaway winners so you couldn't have taken the giveaway money, then you claim that I'm not the one who pays the winners after I proved you were the one who took the giveaway money.
