Couple years ago i was in a bad finanacial situation where i was losing my house, i had borrowed some money from 5 or 6 ranks to get me out of my financial situation, before i could pay any of them back some of my admins convinced half the clan to leave with them and start their own clan, during this time i was labeled a scammer, but i always had intentions of paying them back, and before this one of my ranks 'Gosu' i had started to pay them back,
I ended up losing my house, i then became homeless for 6-8 months, finally found a factory job working 70 hours a week saved up 2 paychecks moved from the u.s to the uk, moved in with my girlfriend reopened my clan (dragondyce) and began to pay my old ranks back, below is a list of screenshots showing them getting paid back, and many of these ranks are now ranks again in my clan.

I don't know much about your scam/dicing clan, so I'll leave this open to other staff members who are closer to you/know more about the situation.

we encourage our ranks to promote us on runescape related websites, but if they spam forums advertising us we scold them for it, they are not allowed to do that.

Xier0 is an ex admin in my clan, i never owed Xier0 and Sportjon money, i owed ranks that i borrowed money from to help me with my financial situation, Xier0 and Sportjon reported me on sythe on the ranks behalf i never owed them money personally.
Back when Xier0 was still a gold rank in my clan he wanted to upgrade to Admin which at the time did cost gp to upgrade, and he paid a customer back a Partyhat that was scammed by a rank named CB(nick) which i counted that as payment to upgrade from Gold Rank to Admin.
But the the money Xier0 and Sportjon claimed that i owe was not to them personally but to other ranks in my clan which almost all have been paid back,
Hattez (our debt is completed) he can vouch
Gosu (paid back) he is again a rank in my clan currently, he can vouch
Yuri (has been fully paid Back)
Teen( has been fully paid back)
only person i still owe money to is (time to buy) aka the nerd, which we have worked out a payment plan and i have made 2 payments to him so far.

My original Pardon thread has all the screenshots of me paying back my debts.

He states he was an administrator for DDyce and was getting paid $1.2k per month for his services, he said he worked his last 3 months and you didn't acknowledge him or pay him once Jon took over his place.

Farcast did purchase a rank upgrade to shiftleader for 1bill eoc (which is now rs3) which was At the same time Eric (Xier0) took over the clans finances and was overseeing that part of the clan and Eric Denied him (wouldnt allow) him to be shift leader and Farcast quit over this. I will let you guys decide if i owe Farcast the 1bill or if Eric does or if anybody does. But Eric (Xier0) was the one who denied him his rank upgrade, i had no problem with it, i gave him his rank upgrade and Xier0(eric) removed it.

This explanation is easy, back in 2011 less then a year after i opened my clan Dragondyce, i was paying all my admins $500 dollars a month just for being admins and watching the ranks and watching over their shifts? we had morning, day and evening shifts and we had 2 admins per shift, 6-8 admins in total, eventually i told them i would not be paying them $500 a month anymore because they were still making great money hosting, and they had the ability to host 20 hours a day if they wanted to, it was just that many admins chose to not host and to rather just sit on teamspeak, I dont owe poppa anytthing, and this was never a problem until now 5 years later and this is the first i heard of this, this one is actually rediculous.

my response:
Javrous is not telling the truth, I offered to start giving my admins $500 a month for being admins(ShiftLeaders) in my clan which i later removed because shift leaders were making great money at the time hosting in my clan, they made thousands of dollars each month. The $500 was a temporary perk not money that they had been promised to always make as admins in my clan, it was a temporary perk which i eventually removed.

Please let me clarify something, i didnt scam a bunch of my users , he makes it sound like i scammed people then left , no no, i was being ddossed for about 2days, in which during this time 'Xier0' and Javrous were telling my ranks that i scammed and they got half of the ranks to follow them to opening their own clan.

It wasnt my choice to leave, and i did not leave i was forced out, where Xeiro and Javrous opened their own clan, I borrowed money from my ranks which i had every intention of paying back, I WAS FORCED OUT,

and as you can see from my original pardon thread, i have paid many of them back, and I will gladly pay Farcast for the current cost of 1bill eoc (rs3) gold, if he just tells me where to send him the money.

As for the Admin problem, do you have proof of any "agreement" with your admins about how it was only temporary?

As for the Admin problem, unless some sort of proof or "contract" is brought forward then it is just one word against the other and we don't use "chatlogs" or "accusations" to say the least as proof.

Honestly, you were grossly negligent in rushing the voting for the pardon without contacting the only living victim listed on his ban reason to check if Jon or I had received restitution.

I am owed 1250m RS3 for debts me in addition to 700m RS3 (converted total) that he looted from the accounts we stored our clan's "top bettor giveaway" gold, which I had to pay out of pocket.

 

I am unable to find any sort of proof of the matter though, so I'll leave the pardon to the person who banned you since I've received a lot of PMs from people with accusations but no one is able to provide me with any kind of proof and those who have come forward Taco has admitted where he was wrong and even paid back Farcast 1b RS3.

So, I'll leave the pardon to @Dave since he was the one who banned Taco and would know if proof is needed or not.

The reason for me being banned which was something about money owed to Xier0 was not to him, it was on behalf of the ranks i owed money to which from my pardon thread u can see i have paid back, I do not owe Xier0 nothing, Xier0 made thousands and thousands of dollars as a rank in my clan. And when Xier0 ddossed me for 2days and during this time told my ranks i had scammed and to follow him to open their own gambling clan called playerswap, Xier0 stole my website, the dates showing when my domains were transferred are pretty much the same time they reported me on sythe.

Hey y'all - @Xier0 I'm aware that K0 very obviously made a crapton of mistakes in the past. Everyone on this site is more than aware that banning DDyce occurred because very trusted members in the community as well as the community as a whole saw the leadership as a threat and were aware of the behind the scenes scamming that occurred.

That being said - I can't just have #s being made up for refunds without any sign of proof. Do you have any conversations or anything? The only other alternative without this getting messy and fingers being pointed is @Xier0 and K0 discuss privately how much it will cost for this repayment to be handled.

@Time To Buy if you have any further insight I'll happily accept it.

 

KO was paid out $302 worth of gold from the giveaway balance.

This wasn't the case. Nick (CB) scammed in 2013, I was already on staff in 2012.
