Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
It was a complete Misunderstanding I had every Intention To pay him, I was just ignorant to the rules and thought I was protecting myself. I was scared to do business with a banned user and could not really understand him with the language barrier. I do understand I was completely wrong by holding payment, I should have contacted a Mod and asked what to do in the situation (I contacted a mod after 2 weeks of waiting HOLIDAY got the best of me). I should have never taken the matter into my own hands. Please understand this will never happen again as I have read all the rules up and down and have a clear understanding moving forward.

Im very sorry And I promise I will Not have another issue like this, I am A very trusted person and want to help build this community! This TWC has hindered my business and I would love for this to all be behind me. Thank you so much for your time.

 

While you went poorly about the situation, I believe you've had enough time to reflect on your wrong-doings here. You also have approx. 15-20 vouches since your TWC, which is pretty good imo. I'll support.

 

I don't think you're a risk to the community, but recovering someone's accounts while in the middle of a service is not right. No support from me this time around, mostly due to the recency of the offense.
