    Home IP?
I am trying to figure out why I've been tagged under a non-home IP. I just made an account and have posted today. I have never logged on via mobile so I'm not sure what to do. Anyone help?

This is why you're tagged on this list (read the thread below):
    Home IP TWCs

You can dispute your TWC here:
    Dispute a Ban or TWC

All you need to do is make a dispute there under your home IP, and if you've done that it will be removed (under the assumption you're not ban evading).
