TWC Dispute

Hey,
Link to/reason for TWC: Requesting a TwC to Kigis

List of vouches since receiving TWC: *null*, haven't engaged any trades or business plans since that report was first opened.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: To be honest, I don't know the reasoning behind the TWC, I have followed all business practices and tried my best to give everything I done on that order.

My words were completely twisted. This was the main reason as to why I got TWC'd:
"You went back and forth with your customer multiple times promising them animation, talking about animation, yet you never delivered what you consistently said you would, then when time came to create the animation for the signature you said "it wasn't in the pricing" however to me it seems Muuli made it extremely clear this is what he wanted. "

I have promised animation and was not able to deliver what I said I would, and I have made him aware of this. So when the time came of animating that signature, I made him aware with a valid reason. Imgur: The magic of the Internet , and he had accepted that reason hence why he had not talked about it for 2 weeks. If he had asked for compensation for what I couldn't do, sure. I would pay him, but 3 weeks after we have discussed the matter of animation, he made a report and tried milking me out of something I COULD NOT DO and I have evidence from graphic designers ,from sythe, to proof my reasoning.

So please tell me, what business practises I haven't followed when I have been 100% honest, direct and gave him everything he wanted within my limits. I have been given a TWC when I haven't done anything dodgy and have been cooperative the whole time.
If cases like this happen to T1N0, I know for a fact they wouldn't have got treated the same way I was and I know this by looking at the previous reports on them.

I have apologized both publicly and personally for my mistakes during the report and I have admitted them, but the mistakes I have done are not TWC worthy. I have even challenged the mod that took care of the report but her mindset was reductionist and failed to answer my questions. I give 10 valid points, she points out a irrelevant point and uses that irrelevant premise to justify her reasoning/conclusion.

Can someone just please read the report carefully and take into account everything I have said: Requesting a TwC to Kigis

If you don't support, I will accept it and move on, but make sure to state why you don't support it with a valid reason taking into account everything I have said on that report.

I'm just looking for answers and your answers would be appreciated. Thank you.

 

Voting yes personally. This user has done heaps of graphics for myself, and others. He is very professional / reasonable, and I do believe his story. I believe the situation he was caught up in was unfortunate and somewhat targeted.
