TWC Dispute/Removal Request #2

I am just a graphic designer, I do not collect vouches ever since they stopped letting you trade vouches with the customer. Other designers that do collect them, do it to get their threads bumped up which I do not need so I only have 3 from actual trades.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: In my defense, outsourcing and letting the client know beforehand was not a rule before I had done it, but I'll gladly still take the L and let them know in the future before I outsource their work. My design team did not support video editing hence why I had to outsource to get their work done. I can also make it clear or let them know several times that their work is being outsourced so we do not have similar problem in the future. I will complete work on the deadlines I provide to my customers, there is no excuses for it being late but these were the reasons why I had gotten the TWC. Work wasn't just late once, but multiple times sadly.

Anything else you wish to say: I am not a threat to the community in any way but I will work on improving not only my self but my time speed, taking less orders unless I know 100% that I am capable of finishing these on the deadlines I've provided to my customers. I will make sure I deliver the quality of work I advertise on my thread. When I do outsource a project for w/e reason, I will be clear and make sure the customer understands what I am doing so there isn't any issues later on. I hope I can get this TWC removed and continue doing business on Sythe.org

Tyler: "You've had multiple open reports against you since you were given your twc"
This was also false from the last TWC appeal I was making. I only had 1 report after the TWC and I was not in the wrong for that report hence why it got closed. Also Jason's reply "support, haven't seen a problem in the past month and the report that is being reference to my knowledge wasn't a valid report, and the product was delivered within a very reasonable timeframe."

 

Just because you only do graphics related work does not absolve you of the correct process to go about this. Although vouches are not required it shows us you are willing and able to put in the effort to make an attempt to clear your name, Moderators are able to judge this metric themselves and come to their own conclusions when voting.

The 2 vouches you've received since your last TwC dispute seem to be from somebody that you do business with, seeing as they bump your GFX thread.

I'm not going to be supporting this one.
