Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

A customer contacted me about a few thread layouts, I was gonna finish them upfront. Started working on it and progress was being made.

When I accepted the order I had just found a job and started working fulltime, thinking I could easily combine it with my graphic work. Took more time to adjust than expected and since there wasn't any money involved at that moment I kept on pushing the order back.

Ignoring him was stupid, I don't really disagree with the decision to give me a twc.


Anything else you wish to say:

I've waited nearly 3 months to dispute this, I took a small one month break from Sythe just to focus on my new job. Came back and started taking orders again, even finished the order that got me twc'd.

From now on the communication with my customers will be better.
