Sivir is a very good adc .. Atleast top 3 atm
She was top 3 after her rework, but with her nerd she has fallen out imo, I would say either cait or varus replaces sivir, then Lucian and jinx top 2
She is definitely up there, yeah she fell off after the nerf i agree.

She isn't as strong as the likes of jinx and Lucian but is still one of the better ADCs, the most popular ADC according to lol kings popularity chart, although I'm not sure if that is accurate. Although thinking about it, draven is extremely strong right now, could be top 3.
Lolking's charts are based on normals and bronze ranked games... But cait is much rarer when you climb up and see more "meta" games. She's good, but doesn't fit well into the uber-tanky tower dive meta.

Jinx, Sivir, Draven and Lucian are at the top right now. Jinx will generally win you a game, if you can play her, and likewise with Lucian.

I prefer jinx right now, takes down objectives extremely fast, and most fun ADC to play imo

Personally (does not apply in a general sense) I like to play draven, because of how slippery he can be with the axe catching due to W. He is capable of dishing out tons of damage in teamfights, and can carry teams hard. He's my go-to guy for my elo boosting
