This, and this 100 times over. Don't make plays in lane. It's unfortunate, but you're basically required to react instead of to act. In bronze, think of your trainer as a Team Rocket member...

If you insist on being an ADC main in bronze, your best bet "solo" is to really become an expert at harassing, and not necessarily making "big plays." If the enemy ADC is always at half/third health, it's easy for your jungler to notice and to get him to make some plays for you.

Also, it's technically the jungler's job to make dragon decisions, but in bronze and silver, you can be the dragon caller if you feel your jungler is retarded. You'll know how well you've controlled your lane or not, and if you know dragon is spawning soon, it's a good time to try an aggressive push and hopefully kill the ADC or push him out.

To be honest, I stopped playing ADC though, specifically because it's one of the least impactful roles on the team. Your job as an ADC is simply to do damage. It's sad to say, but a "good" ADC and an "amazing" ADC have a very small gap in between the significance they can make. You take the same skill cap on mid or jungle, where you can actually establish a map-wide momentum, and you'll find a much easier time climbing.
