    Trying to lose 75 pounds.

    I struggle with the sparkling water aftertaste. I probably just haven't had a good one.

    Has anyone ever had or tried a juice cleanse? Any advice on one would be nice

    looks like you already have a ton of good advise man. youre on the right track with cutting out sugar, thats a big one on its own. everything from pop to coffee creamer makes a huge difference. If theres any advice i can give you its that this is a complete lifestyle change and you have to want to do it for yourself. Make conscious decisions to eat healthy. Dont skip meals and put your body into starvation mode, never miss breakfast. In terms of the gym try to keep your heart rate up, start buy doing some HIT on the stair climber or something and plan out your workout so youre not wasting time. Jump right in and super set EVERYTHING that means focus on reps and form. cut the weight and dont worry about how much your lifting. Jumping from bicep to tricep exercise with no break will allow you to sweat more without actually grinding out cardio. Work in some drop sets with minimal breaks inbetween drops (10 secs or so) and do a burn out set for every muscle group you hit at the gym that day. finish with cardio and hydrate hydrate hydrate.

    I reccomend green tea instead of snacking you lose 4 lbs a week if you drink a lot instead of eating

    Hey, how much you weight now? I used to be in 355 but am down to 335 so far in a month and half. I have blood pressure but no fat or anything like that prob because I never liked fast food. but dang bro 2 litter of soda per day O.O? am surprised you don't have sugar problem too lmao... but hey soon I will launch something up in case you want to keep going :D

    Firstly, you need to get your diet right. Have some eggs for breakfast. If you don't like the taste of eggs, just chuck some spices onto it. That's 100% better than eating leftover fast food for example. Also, drink a lot of water. Aim for about 2 litres a day. You don't need to go right into a Push Pull Legs routine, diet is much more important at this stage. Keep us updated mate.

    Lower your carb intake and eat more protein but don't get into ketosis, protein will keep you fuller for longer. Also drink more water especially in the morning as it will speed up your metabolism during the day.

    Losing 4 points a week is way too much that is basically starving yourself which is not sustainable long term.

    I was on 93 KG's in 2016,I read an article and started smoking weed at 7 AM , 2 PM , 8 PM.
    That way I was only eating at 7.30,2.30,8.30,however if you're unable to do that due to your job or whatever,just try to do the same thing I did , adjust your smoking to the hours you want to eat at,I lost 26 kg's this way,What I'm trying to say is weed helped me set my eating addiction to a normal stage,I only eat at normal hours now,3 meals a day,Its 2018 now and i'm still at 63 Kg's. Hope it helps ya.

    After hitting what seemed like a plateu at 252 i tried to do intermittent fasting and I'm finally down below 250 pounds and I shed a tear when I saw it. I haven't weighed this little(for me) in what seems like 5+ years.

    Hopefully I can ride this wave a few more pounds
