the website functioned as presented until the investment was lost due to a ban, I can also post logs of the payment processing we received from the start of investment until loss of investment.

 

this is not only showing that I told him the risk, but that @Doc97 new exactly what the risk of his investment was.

The fact you had to record me ,while someone else spoke for you, ( your mic was muted the entire time, couldn't speak for your self) just to try and get someone to speak for you to try and trap me in my own words for your benefit . I was wanting to have a conversation with you privately.

I only bump Sythe threads when the site is at full function so i can keep the reputation here on Sythe. Simply because of DNT The agreement to take the site offline was made . Yet if you review my vouch page there was still vouches being made from those from discord that do have Sythe accounts.

I think if you review koala Golds post that will clear up this confusion. Witch I will quote below this post you will find Doc was well aware of the "RISKS"

Also member of Sythe for 2 years almost , Never had an incident with another member here or a bad vouch and obtained over 100+ vouches in this time. Donor of 200$ , Owner of a 400+ member Discord (Note: why would 400 people hang out there if this business and our name did not hold its reputation) 15 Referrals to Sythe.

In short, I brought positive mentions to the Sythe Community.

 

Clearly knew what RISK there was.

 

Nowhere in your terms do you mention all of his funds would be held in stock, nor does this mention anything about the risk of the investment he was about to sign a contract for.

@EZ PZ GP - You are tied into this as you are both business partners

As mentioned above, this will need to be refunded

I’m trying my best to resolve this between me and doc and find a solution we can both agree on you will stay banned from our discord but we will be working to pay you back as soon as possible to get dnt removed.

You are not only wasting your own time but wasting the mods time by tagging them in this, we will get this resolved as they have asked us to as soon as we can.

I would appreciate if you wait to reply until I have send you some sort of funds and we can just show proof of that each and every time until paid in full. @Doc97

It’s nonsense that we have a dnt for an investor losing his investment, in real life and in business if a company loses an investment they are not obligated to pay the investors back. Why is sythe acting as if we scammed him?

 

This will be our last and final post to resolve this issue with Doc unless more in depth info is requested from a moderator to put this in our favor. Requesting the DNT's to be removed from both our accounts. Koala & I both feel Sythe Moderators are inaccurately & unfairly evaluating this complaint witch could cause issues for other Sythe Market Users.

First, lets make this clear for all parties ; Doc is an investor of EzPzGp Inc,

Now that we cleared up those meanings . Investing is something that could
"offer potential profitable returns"

Well what does that mean you might ask? Let me explain more.

Now, I have seen responses to this thread saying that Doc did not know the risk . Well then why would he invest? When clearly investing can yield potential returns. Now go up and review the meaning of "potential" Witch means "possible opposed to actual"

So Investing is something that is not a Guarantee, It is not "Actually" going to bring "profitable returns" it could "Possibly" .

So he knew the word investment and that it wasn't a guarantee to bring him forth profit. However, Investing Holds risk when other people are holding your money and using it. Reguardless of how or what its being used for.

After sending the money this activated the investment . Doc agreed to an investment and allowed someone other then him self to control his capitol while knowing that it could never pay him forth profit. It had the potential of not being profitable.

The fact of what this money is used for and how it is lost is irrelevant. The Risk remains the same despite where or what the money is used for. Because someone else is controlling the outcome for you and not your self.

If Doc Did not want to loose money he wouldn't have invested anything. Becasue then there was no risk at all.

Why should this money NOT be paid back.

Okay let me put this into perspective for you through a scenario similar to Docs Investment.

Lets say you want to invest in a Company . Now for instance we will use a more known , larger scale company . Such As NIKE. Who produces footwear for people all over the world.

You want to invest 2000$ into Nike so you do and you buy some stocks.

Now the stocks you bought was 500$ each at the time of purchase. So you have 4 stocks/shares
Now 2 months later the stock is only worth 50$ each. Al together this your stocks and shares are worth 200$. So you lost out 1800$

Now your extremely infuriated with Nike so you call and complain that you "WANT YOUR MONEY BACK"

NOW this is my point that this is not how investing works. NIKE WILL NOT PAY BACK YOUR 1800$ you will suffer a loss from a unfortunate business decision to INVEST in NIKE.

So this is the same for EzPzGP & Doc.

The Terms of witch both Doc and EzPzGp Both agreed upon are the following.



So I will stand by our contract with Doc. The only way doc is see any money from his investment would be for us to continue with agreed upon terms and abide by the contract witch is set for a 6 month time span.

Since Doc has made an Issue for us with Sythe. The largest Gold selling platform for Runescape Gold Businesses. We have made a decision to shut our site down and not invest any more of our own money to keep it going because with DNT applied to our account and this so called "SCAM REPORT" It is of no value to continue with Gold Sales and Runescape Services . Because our name and reputation is being targeted witch we feel will no longer bring us to have any success.

DNT = No Site = No Possible Profit = Docs Investment will yield 10% of 0$ dollars meaning nothing will be owed to doc Legally.

Sythe should operate on Legal terms as well this is why I stated at the top of my post that the moderators where unfairly and inaccurately evaluating my post. With that said this effects other Runescape Business that are looking to seek investors because Sythe is simply making them pay back there money if an investment does not go in favor or the investor. Which I clearly defined above what an investment is and doesn't always yield Gains.

Now Sythe can do Doc a favor and remove our DNT as requested and consider this post as enough explaining of why this would be in best interest of both Sythe, Doc and EzPzGP Inc,

However with the removal of the DNT the Site will be active immediately and we can learn from our mistakes in hopes that for the next 4 months ; profit can be made and the contract will continue to be in place in which Doc will see payments as agreed.

Doc - We have no intentions of scamming you. We are willing to invest our own money back into EzPzGp Inc, and with the hopes that everything goes well you can see your percentage of profit coming for the next 4 months .

Sythe - I spoke to Moderator Pendulum on chat in discord. He mention to respond here. Please evaluate everything posted from start to finish. All pictures . However i was inquired to show proof of two things on discord so i sent them to Pendulum that i will re-post here as well. I do not think much of everything up until the last post persuades my case any better but I still want to give the requested information and make it clear to use the following that was posted as evidence to my cases as well.
