Explanation of the trade:
ok so basically tony asked for me to invest in his website with a total of $2000 and I did approx a month and a half ago when his website was down. He promised me 10% profit with a 6 month contract and i would get the money back at the end of the 6 months he then got the account banned after he bought the gold and after I invested $2000 and then told me once the site has been back up and running (At the moment the site has been up for a month) he would then seek to arrange and agreement and create the contract. I've messaged him over half a dozen of times regarding this and he has ignored me since like mid-Feb he then I've been talking with his co-owner c0p and he has just been saying i will talk to him i will talk to him every time I message him I've waited over a month and now I'm really frustrated i have the entire chat log all the way back when I spoke to him about this with proof I've sent in BTC and what not. hes been mia for a month and a half now...

Added a DNT for the time being, @EZ PZ GP - Mind explaining whats going on

 

I am currently at the hospital having my first born child but when I get a chance I will theroly reply to this explaining myself.

I have recently found out I am going to be a father and completely stept away from the runescape community to spend time preparing for fatherhood.

For the time being I would like to say that doc did invest in our business, but the investment did not have a contract of any sort, the investment amount was disccussed and a percentage per sale was decided on. After (a week to a month) I’ll check actual time and upload logs when I get a chance the investment that he gave us was lost due to an account being banned that we had the cash on ( nearly 2b Rsgp ) all the investment was lost and we closed our website and this was theroly explained to doc what was also explained is that I was not financially stable enough to pay him back and his investment would be lost and there was nothing I could do, we closed our website.

Months later my partner in EZPZ had some financial success and we were able to re open with money supplied by him

The EZPZGP Account on sythe is not owned by me nor run by me, this is my partner in the businesses account.

Me and my partner privately talked to each other about repaying doc for his investment as soon as enough revenue was received, at this time we have not made back the money to repay him. I have told doc this.

Since the closing of our website with docs investment I have Stept away from the business and no longer take part in the neither buying or selling gold.

I have told doc multiple times that once we are able to afford paying him back we will, our business currently runs on minimal money currently having around 1b stock and absolutely zero ads.

The only thing this post has successfully done is made a mockery of our business and our brand which will make it even harder to repay the debt owed.

So what info do you need regarding this alleged complaint and is it a valid complaint? This is terms of business and not a transaction dispute. No one has been scammed for a product , item , or service.

Description: Stating simply, it is a measure of the level of uncertainty of achieving the returns as per the expectations of the investor. It is the extent of unexpected results to be realized.

Risk is an important component in assessment of the prospects of an investment. Most investors while making an investment consider less risk as favorable. The lesser the investment risk, more lucrative is the investment. However, the thumb rule is the higher the risk, the better the return.

hello video i would like to point out that literally like the day after of the investment of gold and the fact that the contract should of started the second i gave the $2000 tony got the account with all the 2b banned even though he mentioned "i dont keep alot of gold on 1 account"

 

Accounts get banned it’s part of the industry, I did not instantly get banned either it was several days after the investment and renewing of our website. Although we take as much precautions as possible it is sometimes out of our hands, I have a full contract ready to go but never felt the need after having to shut down our website down because we assentially went under.

 

Also to add to this in the contract (that was never completed) it says the investor recieves 10% of profits per month, if there are no sells there can be no profit. Even though these terms were not agreed on legally we can still not repay doc because there has been no profits !!

 

you specifically told me that "i dont keep lots of gp on 1 account" and then 2 days later u say doc "accounts banned" with literally 2b and the fact that the contract should of started right after i gave you the money which is what you said and then you use the excuse that the account is banned so there cant be no contract that doesnt make sense in the eyes of anyone. there should of been a contract way before that since i didnt pay in full and i paid in installments a while before that.

This has been discussed by the staff team.

As there is no warning of the risks and the website hasn't been functioning as it was presented, the invested money will need to be returned. The DNT's will stay until this has been repaid @Koala Gold @EZ PZ GP

 

I had no decision in the making of this agreement. This is my sythe. I do not represent the following I certainly will not be paying back this money. As I'm not the one that made this decision any actions held towards me or this account on sythe is extremely unsatisfying as I've worked hard to gain the vouches I do have . And a donor of 200$.

If I can show proof of me representing the risk of investment can we get the DNT removed ? I explained to doc previously that there are risks in his investment. I’m now home and able to upload some picture proof.

 

first of all ive been gathering evidence from the time tony first asked which I will show with a picture which was on the 15th of december 2018... @Pendulum

1st contact asking for investors...


he then mentioned writing up a contract if you look closely he said this on the 3rd of january...



asked if i had the funds....



told me he would get the contract ready on the 3rd of january aswell.











says he will keep most in usd and buy some stock but then he says he got banned for the entire amount very interesting...

that's not a risk about the investment that's if I want to pull out the money I invested and with a 'legally binding contract' and I wouldn't have been able to do that as the contract indicated that the invested amount would have been returned at the end of 6 months or however long the contract was intended to be for in the first place and I wouldn't be able to pull out until the contract was over. you've mentioned several times about a 'legally binding contract' and yet failed to give me at any point any sort of finalised contract during our conversations (over a 2 month period) @Gladiator @Pendulum

 

The contract is binding when both parties agree verbally or written. Doesn't have to be filed with a lawyer or stamped by a notary.

Instead of trying to make your investment pay off your just causing problems for the company that you wanted to help initially. Not once have you reached out in this time and brought any benefit to EzPzGp Inc, Like Tony said, "Your making a mockery of our business" and causing detrimental harm. And I would agree 9/10 people would say there is major risk in this business. Not once was you told wouldn't be paid back or be paid your percentage amount. Until I said so in my following post. Also was never ignored by me. I always responded and gave you the truth of any question you asked, but how are we to pay you when we make 0$ profit.

Your saying you cant pull out the contract but thats exactly what your doing and making problems for my business by bringing this to Sythe. In a matter that I think they have never seen before an want no part.

I will personally reach out to you in a private conversation and come to a solution. Hopefully. I Appreciate that you had hope for our business and did invest. If Tony simply just wanted your money he would have Banned , Blocked, and forcefully made it so there could be no contact. This is not a scam this should not be resolved and depicted by Sythe Officials.
