ToezDM - Ban evader or Double user?

Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : All 3 accounts are around the same creation date. All runescape section, all selling accounts.

I also found him IP matching with another user ( cowboy395 )
Who has only commented on TeozDM's posts?


Another user who is banned who has been IP matched with TeozDM was TheSomali11 this user only commented on his posts also.

 

Just an IP audit isn't enough though I believe @TeozDM is @cowboy395 aswell. If you disagree with my decision Teoz please Dispute a Ban or TWC and I'll have another moderator look at it. Closed. Next time do provide some actual proof though @Kimberly. We can't go checking all IP matches you believe are the same person.
