    Train melee stats and get hp in safe zones or close to safe zones

    It would be really hard trying to catch up now but still do-able if you play the game smartly.

    It should still be possible if you are committed to it. As said above, you will be killed a lot, so maybe train your combat in safe zones such as the grand tree area (terrorbirds and guards).
