how did I scam polar when I offered to partially refund him? And he charged back for something he agreed to not hold me liable for, dam right i would have pursued a ban for scamming. He had no right to even consider that until the case with voda had been handled and a decision had been reached, so yes, I would have.

 

I think you should have offered a full refund Nate, it's not polars fault that you bought an account off an unreliable source. You would have been out that 170 dollars anyways regardless of selling the account. You got lucky that you managed to sell the account before it got recovered.

If I was in polars position I'd be pissed. Just saying.
