Try a system restore, it may be ultimately safer to just reinstall Windows though.

Start >Search: 'system restore'> click on it and select a date where your PC was not infected.

EDIT: I have winlogon also, pretty sure it's part of Windows. What makes you think you are infected?

I have it downloaded but I've never logged in with it before. Also I didn't uninstall it, I just deleted everything I saw to do with it, hopefully I'm still safe :(

winlogon.exe isn't necessarily a virus, Im quoting this from a site:

"The process "winlogon.exe" runs in the background. Winlogon is a part of the Windows Login subsystem, and is necessary for user authorization and Windows activation checks."

Only in some cases it can be a virus, spyware, trojan or worm.

Ahh this thread made my feel all warm and fuzzy inside, due to my hatred towards the SwiftKit team :)

I based my old client off theirs and if their site was externally accessed they can definately edit the pages that swiftkit remotely access to download RAT's/TROJANS etc in the background while you are using SwiftKit.
And They wouldn't be able to update/shutdown swiftkit until they gained control of their site again.
