    Would it be possible to lock the subforums and prevent participation prior to reading all the required stickies?

    For example, on their first visit to the 07 gold selling section, a new user won't be able to post comments or create any new threads in that specific section until they have opened up the required stickies.

    I understand that this may seem cumbersome to some, but I believe that it'll be a really effective way to educate new users and hopefully significantly decrease the number of scams that occur to fresh users.
