    Hello Sythe users.

    This is the first full month that HopeAIO has calculated their numbers, We have learned a lot in this past month and are looking forward to our future on Sythe. Below we will talk about how the market has been for us, and how we have grown and learned.​


    The team

    We have seen a lot of growth. Since early February we have went from a respectable early stages company with 4 employees, to growing to 20+. As we will be going over in the financial portion, we have much more room for us to grow. Especially with the small marketing/advertising we have done thus far. Below is the outline of our team and the descriptions of the roles that every body takes on

    Our hiring thread has gained a lot of traction and we are always looking for ways to expand. We have yet to come across a time when one of our employees was looking for work and we had none available for them. As you'll see in our Financial's we sometimes have to turn customers down/refund before the service starts because we are too busy. In the future we will be looking to acquire existing smaller companies to help push our growth further.

    The discord


    All of our servicing is done based on our group discord. Below I have the growth over time, and Hope has written notes regarding how we are changing to protect our customers:

    In the past, I had an announcement channel + had my discord server's settings so that when a new user has joined the server, their name was broadcasted for anyone to see in a #welcome channel. This caused a huge amount of problems in the past because imposters of myself and Tyler were directly contacting these newcomers and were scamming them under the guise of us. Also, when a user wanted to make a ticket, they had to do a command which was publicly visible to anyone. Also, when a new user joined, they were directly messaged by our main bot a huge wall of text, which had good intentions but people don't really read it fully which still led to them being scammed.

    List of changes that were made to our order system to help better protect our customers:

    1. I've removed the public welcoming channel + disabled discords' automatic welcoming message. This was a huge hit for the imposters as there was no way for them to tell who was the newcomer that joined my server.

    2. I've changed the overall system we use with our previous bot. Because the old bot required users to use a command, which was still available for anyone else to see (and therefore know exactly who created a ticket), it made people incredibly vulnerable. With the new system in place, it helps keep anonymity to the public so that my staff can get in contact with them right away.

    3. Users are also sent a smaller welcome message upon joining. This message warns them of imposters of us and that they should protect themselves.

    4. I also added an introduction channel for all users who join my server. Anyone who joins has to read and after, react via the reaction emoji to confirm they have read/understood my server rules/warnings/tos. This helps confirm with the new user, along with all of our other warning systems, that there is danger out there and we are doing our best to protect them

    However the discord is not just for users who comes to us for their servicing needs; It's also a hub for many different markets such as​

    The Financial's



    Now your thinking, With this amount of employees and growth there's lots of money to be made right?

    Realistically we are more interested in growth of the company as opposed to our own personal profits for right now, and as such is what we are looking for in the future. Below is our weekly gross (in millions of GP) This current week we are also at 1b+ and growing.

    The thing is, even right now we are turning down customers simply because we do not have enough employees to meet their needs. Below is a detailed explanation of all of the open tickets we have had from the week of March 1st to March 8th

    As you can see; for that week alone we only completed 43 orders. If we had an infinite amount of staff, we could have finished 89 orders at minimum.



    The Future


    Now a good question is, what's in the future for us? HopeAIO has a comprehensive business plan for the next 3 months. Some of the main things we are looking to do include
    • Moving into other areas that bring revenue​
    • Automating our system to make things easier and more secure for our customers​
    • Once we have enough staff to service our customers, move into marketing to obtain more customers​

    Saw this post and I'm happy to say that I've been a customer of Hope's for quite some time (since the old days? not too sure) just wanna say I love this discord so much, everyone, the supervisors, the workers all feel like family and I trust them with my life! Glad to see the company grow and proud to have been a part of it :D

    Although you seem to have a few issues with disputes recently, I see you're handling them professionally and learning lessons as a result. Being an OSRS Services provider isn't an easy feat once you have many customers and handling all types of queries and issues. Though when you gain more experience reduce risk etc.

    I wish you good luck with your business model and Hope (pun intended) that you achieve success.

    Customer Service seems to be something I quite enjoy.

    However, it is nice to take more of a chilled backseat here at Hope Services compared to the day-to-day tasks and organising I used to do running the management and administrative side of a large service business.


    Also, I love this thread.
    I too would be happy to answer any questions people may have or give a little insight to the inner workings of the skilling service provision.

    Heya! Storm here. I'm so glad that one day I was too lazy to get my fire cape so I decided to look around for some services and found Hope's services. The job was finished quickly and I enjoyed the service. This place felt different than most other online services I had used in the past, I felt more like an individual than a random customer, even with my puny order.

    A couple of days after my order I saw they were hiring new workers and decided to apply, I had only started playing Runescape again recently and wouldn't mind some work. Hope noticed my strong work ethic and rewarded it, I became a supervisor. This motivated me to help and make the company grow. Now, I'm a general administrator. It's surreal to me how that one fire cape changed so much.

    I treat our workers as friends, but our customers equally so, I try to provide that warm feeling that I felt during my first encounter with Hope's services.

    I love being a part of this family.

    We are still growing compared from where we would like to be. A lot of the funds we recieve are also put back to the buisness in terms of marketing, assets, and other general buisness costs.

    How much money Hope nets comes as a second to providing a stable workplace for our employees and customers and growth.

    Slow service & no reply (1hr) only add another 44 additional orders, isnt that 87 not 89?

    Also.... There are plenty of great servicers here on Sythe. Why dont you just outsource the work to them? There is no reason to lose 37 tickets because of no reply, that is ludicrous. Just hit up some random nigga, say you want the order done for 10m-20m 07 under the price you quoted the customer. Thats like an extra 500m per week, 2b per month.

    You're welcome, and I dont charge shit for pointing out the obvious - my consultant rate is $100/hr if youre interested in more
