    I totally agree with you. I think this is more a result of Sythe's preference for users being DNTed than banned rather than us giving this guy a real second chance; I really doubt he'd ever pass a pardon.

    Honestly that whole partnership was sketchy with Alice or whatever. The sniped name ended up on her/obviously a his account but Milotic knew the name was being moved so idk. Like you said they could of scammed like 10k+ and have it go unreported or not enough evidence, and it definitely seemed that way for a LONG time.

    Fine them by making them pay back double the scammed amount. They'll stay away and if they do decide to pay anyways its more money that can be put towards victims
