    Basically:
    TheGoldBae scammed a non-sythe user for 400m osrs.
    (Approved by Video) I antiscammed him for $224 BTC.
    TheGoldBae returned the 400m osrs to the other party so is debt free in terms of that, but I am still holding this $224 BTC.
    Before I return it to him, I would like to check if his claim that "he has no sythe debt" is correct? Big doubts seeing how many banned accounts he has here.
