hotmail is NOT even popular and to some extent unheard of because more then likely they will have a @yahoo account (in most Asian countries.)

How can you say that does not prove anything what so all?

If you actually want to prove something I would say YOU go to that country and see their economy because your the one without any "rule" over this.

Doesn't mean if he can read/write he can also understand what he or any person is saying.

Just shut up. No one cares about your statistics or your views on people from other countries because they have nothing to do with this thread. He speaks very good english in my opinion, especially because he doesn't even live in America. Why don't you go to another country and try to learn arabic or another language from scratch and see how well you do? -_-
