I remember a series of DDoS attacks but I never really figured out the reason, I just remember not being able to get on for the longest time before the site timing out.

I remember sometime in 07 the servers literally got owned, so many scammers rose up around then it was actually disgusting

that time in like, late 06 or something the whole database got hacked (idk what happened exactly i was young and retarded and had no idea about technology) and they had to go to a database from like summer and a ton of people were freakin out n shit cause there accounts got deleted lol.

I'm a newfag, I do vividly remember my first transaction though, selling a pair of DClaws to +Love+ using Jethr0x as an OMM. Bought the DClaws from my friend for ~25m, and ended up selling them for around ~60m about a week later.

Both are now banned, and I believe +Love+ was the avid youtuber known as "Defil3d".

Ah the good times I remember 2009 and 2010 the most had some good laughs oh well work is important to me now that I've finished college.

I remember trying to save up as a child.
I was always playing around with the market and such between '07 and '11 when I was active, that is. Never thought I would be here now.

 

Honestly, the thing I miss most about the old days is runescape in 2005/2006. Everything seemed so much more enjoyable back then. The people on sythe were smarter (new generations are for the most part retarded). People were making cool shit. People cared about programming. Fuck I miss the good old days.

 

Yeah at the people caring about programming, that's what sucks about nowadays, nobody really gives a shit.
