The Blackmarket is dying...

Nowadays, there isn't many people who want to buy accounts. I hope that changes and we have a lot of buyers. I don't know bout the skills services and such but I suppose they are going good?

That's good to hear, maybe I should starting services for the community. Yeah, legit sellers have to suffer from scammers. This is probably the cause to the dramatic downfall of buyers nowadays.

 

There's just more sellers because more people are quitting rs.

I'd say the number of buyers hasn't really changed all that much.

 

Well its just that what would you rather do.. Pay someone 40-60$ to bot on your own account or 50$ on someone else's account? I kinda agreed it slowed down a bit.. But its also near Christmas.. Most people are buying stuff for family and / or friends.

Account Sales isn't "The Blackmarket".
If anything, gold sales, item exchange, and user services is the most popular it's ever been. There is an abundance of legitimate and actively used skilling, questing, firecaping, and torsoing threads throughout the market.

 

There's more people with accounts than without. As Alteranz said, the gold sales, item exchange and user services are super popular right now.

 

Item exchange has been going stronger than ever lately. People have been getting it to it like mad. Greg has even got into it. It will just continue to grow. I will be getting back into it in a few weeks. Item exchange is where all of the money is. Hopefully these staking ideas will become bigger and bigger. I sure as hell know I will be doing this.

 

In my opinion, it's only the people who sell accounts and recover them.

 

This. Accounts are not as popular, but items demand has gone up.
