I'm literally banned for trolling people who can't take a joke and that's the truth. I know I was wrong for taking the troll out of the spam forum which I have shown in my pardon.

It's fine. They unban people who have actually done things to deserve being banned and let them return as normal users, and in some cases as staff. If anything this approach only pushes the real people away and causes them to want to scam when they would never normally do it.
